  1. The main difference between recruiting and talent acquisition is between short-term and long-term strategy. The process of finding and engaging employees with certain experiences and perspectives is known as talent acquisition. It's also more strategic. It plans for a wide range of current and future business needs and is flexible enough to adapt to change when those needs change, whereas recruiting is there when vacant roles need to be filled immediately. There is a specific short-term goal.
