According to Delmotte and Sels (2008) HRO is commonly defined as externalizing Human Resource activities previously performed in-house to external providers.

Human Resource Outsourcing is the process of allowing one or more HR functions or activities to be conducted by an external HR service provider. There are many factors an organization should consider prior to outsourcing, and these will vary depending on the organization’s business, goals, culture, size, location, and so forth.

  2. HRO is good answer for recovering the cost and time in the organization. It will help to attain work more time than usual. from that point of view it's really helpful for improvement of the organization. but for that need to find the correct outsource team and need to follow & alert for their comments more than other usual time.

  3. The outsourcing of human resources brings both advantages and disadvantages to an organization.
    Institutional efficiency and low cost but lack of control is a far cry from institutions.
